Administration

The secretarial office of the Center for Pain Medicine is the initial contact point for patient inquiries, and attends to all organisational and administrative matters. Our functions include the coordination of  patient referrals and assigning appointments as well as carrying out and processing the medical correspondence.
We are available to answer any questions that should arise.

Registration and Initial Contact
You can either be referred by your managing physician or contact us yourself. You will then receive a questionnaire, which, in addition to previous medical reports and X-ray films, represents an important basis for your first consultation. If you have severe, acute pain, your referring physician may contact us directly by phone to arrange an appointment at short notice.

Depending on the type of problem, you will be scheduled for a standard or a team consultation.
